I mostly use captainds.com to keep up with my account and orders, it’s been way easier than I expected. Logging in, checking my rewards, and updating my info all went smoothly with zero drama, which feels like a small miracle these days. The site is simple, clear, and doesn’t send you into a maze of confusion. It’s so nice when things just work and you don’t have to make some dreaded phone call to get help.

"Coupon worked after a little hassle"

"Packaging kind of fell apart"
The food was okay, but the packaging just didn’t really hold up. The bag got soggy fast, and one of the boxes, like, partly opened while I was driving home. It wasn’t the worst thing ever, but it definitely made everything messier than it needed to be.

I had a smooth time using the site. The menu loaded quickly, and I was able to find the local deals without clicking around too much or getting lost. Checkout was clear as well, which I appreciated. Nothing overly fancy, but it did what I needed and made the process easy.

"Plenty of room, which made lunch easier"
I stopped by Captain D’s for lunch and, at least when I went, there were plenty of open seats. To me, that makes a big difference because I don’t really enjoy hovering around with a tray or trying to squeeze into a crowded spot. We found a table easily, and it just made the whole meal feel more relaxed. I always appreciate when a place has enough space for people to actually sit and enjoy their food

"Pretty convenient hours"
I’ve gotta say, Captain D’s hours are convenient for me. I usually check captainds.com before heading out, and it’s easy enough to see if the location near me is open. It’s nice for a late lunch or those nights when I’m done with work and really don’t feel like cooking. I do wish all the locations stayed open a little later, because a few close earlier than I’d expect. But overall, it’s been handy. I’m curious if other people have noticed the same thing with the hours at their local Captain D’s.

"Decent food, but not many options..."
The food was okay overall... nothing bad, but nothing that really stood out either. I was able to find a couple of lighter options, but if you're looking for gluten-free or healthier meals, it felt limited. The site was easy enough to use though, so that was a plus. Overall, just kind of average for me.

"Lunch was fine, seating was meh"
Stopped in for lunch and, yeah, the food was totally fine. Nothing really stood out in a big way, but it did the job and I wasn’t disappointed or anything.

The dining area though was just kind of... okay. The seats felt a little hard after a bit, and some of the tables were close enough that it felt like you were sort of sharing space with the people next to you. It was clean, which I definitely appreciated.
So overall, not a bad spot to grab something to eat, but probably not somewhere I’d want to sit and hang out for long. I’d give it 3 stars.

"Honestly, not bad at all for the price"
I grabbed this on a whim and was actually happy with it. The food was filling, cheap enough, and hit the spot. My only thing is the portions felt a little uneven, so I kind of wish they balanced that out more

The place was mostly clean, which I appreciated, but it felt loud inside. I don’t think it’s too much to expect a restaurant to keep the atmosphere comfortable for everyone, so that part was a little disappointing.

"Easy to check the nutrition stuff"
I liked that the nutrition info was easy to find. I was just trying to check the calories before ordering, and it was simple, which saved me from guessing. i wish more places made it that straightforward, especially when you’re already hungry and kind of bouncing between what sounds good.

Parking was easy when I went, and I was able to find a spot close by. It did get a little tight around lunchtime, but compared to some other places I’ve been where parking is a hassle, this was smooth.

"Menu availability was really annoying"
I tried ordering from Captain D's, and it was frustrating. A bunch of items looked like they were available while I was building my order, but then once I got all the way to checkout, suddenly they weren’t. After waiting and going through the whole process, that was really annoying.
I still like Captain D’s and I’ll probably order again, but they really need to keep the menu availability updated better. It felt like I wasted a lot of time picking meals and sides just to have to go back and change everything...

"Pickup was easy"
I placed the order and it seemed like it was ready quick, or at least I got the notification before I started getting impatient. Pickup was simple enough and nobody made it complicated, so I’d say it went well

"Good food, but the order was messed up again"
I usually like Captain D’s, and the fish was fine this time too, but honestly, well, I guess the food itself was okay, my online order was still wrong. I asked for extra tartar sauce and no coleslaw, but I ended up with coleslaw and no tartar sauce at all. One of my sides was missing too. I didn’t feel like driving all the way back over that, but it’s frustrating because this has happened a couple times now. I like the food, they just really need to check the orders better before sending them out...

I ordered dinner through captainds.com and it was simple. The menu came up quick, the coupons were right there, and checkout didn’t make me redo everything, which I appreciated. Pickup time was right on too, so that whole thing worked out fine.

"Food was okay, but the wait was disappointing"
I ordered through captainds and the food itself was fine, but I was a little disappointed with how long it took. The site made it seem like my order would be ready quickly, but I ended up waiting longer than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just kind of average. I might use it again, but I really hope they’re faster next time.

"Hot and Tasty Fish"
I ordered the fish and was really happy with it. It came out nice and hot, and the flavor was great. I enjoyed every bite and would definitely get it again
