What happened: i have not reciprocated my check from sunday march ** to thursday march ** and the manger is not responding to me
What happened: I have been a customer at Captain D’s for over ** years. My family used to go there to eat EVERY Friday night. We always purchased the same thing, the ** piece value pack with *-* extra pieces of fish. Our local Captain D’s on Battlefield Blvd in Chesapeake,Va has closed down and the closest one to us is on Victory Blvd in Portsmouth,Va. I patronized this store on Friday evening to get dinner for my family and spent nearly ** dollars. (I can remember when scale pack used to be **.**.). I don’t mind paying for what I want but I took my food to go and asked for some forks. The cashier told me “We are almost outta forks, imma give them * to you THIS time.” Please correct me if I am wrong but shouldn’t a family meal come with utensils to eat the food with???? My autistic child was a t home waiting to eat this food and I certainly didn’t want to disappoint her but I felt very disrespected. I felt as if she thought that the nearly ** bucks I spent didn’t deserve utensils as if I should eat my food like an animal instead of a paying customer. I realize that this is one of the only Captain D’s in our area but I don’t think she has the right to make me feel as though she is doing me a favor y giving me something I am already entitled to.
What happened: Just left Captain D in Athens Ga off Prince Av. And my son was told they were closed at *:**. Employee appeared to have attitude issues. I called to speak to the manager name Tasha asking if they were closed she stated they were not closed and I explained to her my son was told they were. She then return a very disrespectful attitude back . Tg ppl working in this restaurant needs to be trained on how to treat their costumer. They are very unprofessional.
What happened: I went to the Thomasville Georgia location on Sunday ********* around **This isn't the first time I've been in this restaurant and this has happened but I ordered my food there was no manager on duty they couldn't find the manager card they all went outside to smoke at the same time when they were turning back into the restaurant did you not wash their hands when I brought it to their attention about the hands she started cursing at me at the register she also was going to charge me $* extra for a water because they couldn't take the drink off that they charged me initially when I didn't ask for a drink this is like the second time since March that I've been into this restaurant and this has happened with that cleanliness and the rude and the profanity and all I'm going outside and smoking and smelling like marijuana when they're at work yes totally unacceptable I will be contacting someone else if y'all do not do something about this I didn't even get my mom's food and that's her favorite place to eat
What happened: I think I should get a refund for the difference of *.** to *.**. It's hard enough for senior to make ends meet, but when the difference in price is that much, I won't eat there again

What happened: I ordered through door dash yesterday with a door dash gift card that my son gave me for mother's day. The fish was disgusting and hard as a rock and they put no sauces in my bag (I asked for tartar sauce and honey mustard) I called the store and complained the manager on duty tried blaming the door dash driver for the issues which wasn't the case because well the driver didn't cook my fish and the bags was stapled shut. The driver also was very prompt with the order. The manager was just rude but agreed to replace Only my fish even though the entire dinner was ruined for myself and my daughter due to the old and hard as a rock fish. I explained to the manager that I have no transportation so my husband would be walking to retrieve our replacement order so she was aware of that and that he was heading up there then. Once he arrived she then tried to argue with him and was going to try to not replace our fish but eventually she did replace the fish while mumbling to a coworker right in front of my husband well there goes my food cost! She was absolutely rude and lucky that I'm not mobile because I would be up there ripping het rude ***! Also didn't put sauce in the replacement order either) which beings that we asked numerous times I have a hunch was purposely done!!!! This was in Louisville KY Dixie highway location in ***** zip code. My entire order which I want replaced was a * PC fish dinner with coleslaw and french fries and hush puppies and a * PC fish dinner with coleslaw and french fries and hush puppies and a large order of mozzarella cheese sticks we asked for plenty of tartar sauce and honey mustard. My mother's day as well as my daughter's Mother's Day lunch was ruined and then they had the audacity to be completely rude as if their screwups was door dashers fault then they acted like we was I'm the wrong for complaining about it!!!!
